Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using anthropiccertifications.com (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Independent platform

Anthropic Certifications is an independent community learning resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Anthropic PBC. “Claude,” “Anthropic,” and “Claude Certified Architect” are trademarks of Anthropic PBC, referenced here for educational identification purposes only.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Premium access

Premium access is a one-time purchase. Upon successful payment, premium features are unlocked for your account for the lifetime of the Platform. We do not offer automatic recurring billing.

Refunds: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase and have not completed more than 20% of premium features, contact us for a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute Platform content including questions, explanations, and course material.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract practice questions for publication elsewhere.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse-engineer the Platform.

6. Content accuracy

We strive to keep all content accurate and up to date with the official CCA-F exam blueprint. However, the exam may change after publication. We make no guarantee that study material exactly matches the current exam. Always verify critical details against Anthropic's official documentation.

7. Intellectual property

All Platform content — courses, questions, explanations, diagrams, and code — is owned by Anthropic Certifications or its contributors and is protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial use for exam preparation is permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including exam failure or career decisions made based on Platform content. Your use is at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
